Act ‘Financial Arm’ of buy in team to negotiate deal with seller and venture capital company. Thereafter act as support to Chief Executive to establish new management team and take hands on role to manage Finance, IT and HR  until new team in place. Assignment lasted for 2 years gradually deceasing in intensity
