The service I offer is backed by my own experience of holding FD positions in companies varying in size from £30m to £100mm turnover and employing up to 1000 staff. In addition, having been an MD for over 15 years in similar size businesses, that general business management experience also comes in useful from time to time!

It is important to stress that I do not take a Directorship in your business (so you always stay in control of your business), nor do I 'step on the toes' of your professional advisers as the service I offer is one of Commercial Financial Management.

The key benefit is cost! You only pay for what you need which might be as little as 1 or 2 days per month in terms of on site involvement but of course you always have access by phone or email to discuss issues as they arise or can take some extra time if a new project (or crisis!) emerges.
