Our initial 5 Star Strategy workshops extend over two very full days and are designed to involve the full Board and if you choose, your immediate executive management team.

These workshops involve pre-course consultations and a fair degree of preparatory work by your team.

However this ensures a productive and valuable 2 day workshop which will produce the strategic framework within which the Board and Executive team can continue to work with us to create the implementation plans and roll out the strategy throughout the organisation.
